In March of 2020 at the beginning of the COVID-19 lockdown, Carrie Kay's car was struck by a school bus. An x-ray at a Holistic Chiropractor's office revealed a mass in her left breast. Using traditional Western medicine was not very accessible during that time period. Instead, she applied her training as a Certified Holistic Health Coach. This is where her journey of combining Holistic Health practices with a Christ-centered Faith began.

An accomplished singer and avid dancer, you might be lucky enough to hear Carrie Kay performing Karaoke in Tampa Bay or kickin' up her sparkly cowboy boots doing some country line dancing! (She'll encourage you to join in!) Her passion for singing, dancing, comedy, and public speaking has inspired her to create a Christian-based presentation focused on female empowerment and health and wellness.
Plus, she is currently "pregnant" . . . with her first book!
